Looking for Swedish ancestors who came to New Sweden Aroostock County around 1884-1886. Johanna Monson with her daughters, Ellen, Carrie and Mary Persson (or Persdotter). Johanna remarried Kristian Rosen I believe in New Sweden and lived there until she died in 1912. Her husband Kristian Rosen died in 1916. Ellen married Charles (Carl) Thorsen and they had 7 children,Herman,Harold, Edgar(Carl) Mildred,Evelyn,Harry,and Robert. They lived in New Sweden or Caribou.Anyone have any info? Maine census records seem very hard to come by.
