Here is a link to a search page of LDS. It is a listing of towns with names starting with 'Novos....'.

You will find many that are very similar to what you are looking for. There is also one town whose name was spelled Nowosielica. It, however, was in Galicia and not Bukowina.
Please click on all of the entries that are close to what you are looking for as the historical names and current names of the town/village are given.
