Surname BRUNNER does list in Czech Republic's phone book
but I do need his place of birth to see if any distant relatives still in the ancestral village or area.

Do you have his naturalization intent, petition and declaration? Those forms will have his place of birth. If you have his certificate hardly any information for research on that document. All the info you are giving me will not help me to find his place of birth.
Do you have his manifest in your hand? Do you not see anything that resembles a name of a town he was born in? Can you write out the information from his Baltimore manifest?
