I'm the family historian for the August Wollschlaeger, age 56, farmer; Elise age 52; Anna age 26; Michael age 18; August age 17; Susanne age 16; Marie, child age 7.
I descend from daughter Anna who lived and died in Huron County, all of her siblings lived in Alpena County but Michael eventually moved to Detroit and is buried there. Our immigrant August died before Huron County kept death records so we can't prove how or if he was related to the other Wollschlagers in Huron County.
None of my family research is online because I'm not looking for anyone. I understand most everyone in the family from immigration until modern day so we share our family amongst living descendants.
