Hi. I am looking for information on William C. Anhalt born 20 December 1844 near Magdeburg. He came to the US in 1871 and settled in Burlington, Iowa where he worked as a railroad worker. He had a hereditary disease called CMT, which many of his descendants have today. He and all the members of his family were members of the Lutheran Church. He served in the Franco-Prussian war. I have a good history of him after he came to the US. I would like to get information on him and his family in Germany.
