I've seen some references recently to Long Island and Goose Bay in some Bonavista Bay parish records (in particular, Keels and King's Cove).

Does anybody know where these two communities are and perhaps, what they are called today? I read somewhere that Goose Bay was renamed to Musgravetown, but I don't recall the source of that information. I've also seen reference to "Long Islands" near Salvage, which may refer to Castle Cove??

Any sort of verification/confirmation on these two locations would be greatly appreciated.
