I know the first three Alice, Agnes,and Charlotte moved to Brooklyn,NY. Alice and Fred had Eight children their names were 1.Mildred Wells/Darrie 2.Frederick George Wells, 3.Rowena Evelyn Wells/Thomasson/Squittieri,4. Gertrude Lillian Wells/Heiss, 5.Alfred Ashley Wells,6.Edwin Warren Wells,7.Arthur Lawrence Philip Wells,8.Robert Earl Wells. I'm sitting here with my mother who has the maiden name Drover, and we would like to know where there are other Drovers.. if anywhere.What do you know, Gerry Adams?
My mother was born in Scotland [Edinburgh] about 74 yrs ago! There didn't seem to be any Drovers left over there.

My grandmother on my dad's side was lily nee Drover Peddle, born May 1881 in Spanards Bay.She married my grandfather John Peddle from Chance Cove Trinity Bay. He was born 1878. does this ring any bells with your mom???

My Grandfather was originally from Scotland, then he moved to the East Coast. I know they lived in Prince Edward Island, because my father was born there and he told me that he went to school in Halifax, Nova Scotia. (Incidentally, you received a message from Gwen Michalak who happens to be my father's cousin! Her mother is my grandfather's sister)Anyway, i know we still have family living in the East Coast somewhere. I hope this helps!
