Not related.
It may be that the first wife passed away, and he remarried. The minister may simply have made a mistake about him being a bachelor. A couple of other finds:
Baby Kivell, died 1 October 1934, St. George Street, Alderwood-Long Branch; born 1 October 1934; stillborn, son of Henry James Kivell & Beatrice Glover; informatn: Henry J. Kivell, Alderwood, Etobicoke, father; burial in Prospect Cemetery.
Baby Kivell, born and died 25 November 1923; stillborn, Horner Avenue, Long Branch, daughter of Henry J. Kivell, born Port Credit, and Beatrice Mary Kivell, born Toronto; informant: Mrs. Kivell, Long Branch, mother. Burial Clarkson Cemetery.
