Hi Jackie
sorry to bother you ,but I have a William(John) Watling who married a Fanny Buggs in my tree.It sounds very likely that they are the same as mine.
Fanny was my GGrandfathers sister (he was William Buggs born 1862)
William Watling was my GGrandmothers brother (she was Eliza Watling born 1864).
It seems that a brother and sister married another brother and sister ,if you get my drift.
They were all living in Romford Essex at the time.
I have details of Fanny and her family and also have a photo of William and Eliza taken during the 1930's.
I will leave this for now so you can see if any of it fits with your family.
