Hi Carol, I was wondering if my Slater family might be connected to yours. I am seeking information on a Margaret Slater born October 6, 1808. In 1826 she married David Gallarno/Galarno/Galarneau (born on Nov 12,1808,) probable in Kent County. The following names were listed in land deals in Harwich :

*I am sure that these Slaters are members of the Slater family that I am seeking. There were several
Gallarneau/Gallarno living in Kent County area during that same time. David and Margaret Slater Gallarno children were George born in March 4,1827, married Mary Jane Allen in 1848, Mary died in child birth or shortly after,Charles Gallarno born in 1829 married Mary Brown. William Gallarno born in 1831, unknown Gallarno born 1833-1834 and unknown Gallarno born in 1836 could be girl. David Gallarno had a sister Elizabeth b 1812 that married a Wood. There were also a Ehi Gallarno, Christianna, Mary Gallarno Field that I believe are related to the Gallarno family. Any help at all would be great fully appreciated as I have been searching for my families since 1977. Thank you so much
