Surnames: Worthingham, Hart, McCallum
Since more than two years have passed since you posted your question, you may have already received information on Lydia.
Lydia died in 1881 in LaCrescent, Houston Co., Minnesota. I have found a census entry for a Lydia M. McCallum and Gustavus McCallum (her son, Peter, and his wife and first child are living with them) so assume that she did remarry.
I've done additional research on Worthingham and would love to share.
