Hello.

I have started working a bit on my wife's (her name is Beth Ann Blain) family and am having a bit of trouble getting started. It seems no one in her family is all that interested so getting details on even recent generations is proving difficult.

What I have:

The family lived in Newbury and there are still relatives there. Her parents names are Rita Beaul and Arden Blain. They are divorced and neither live in the area. What sketchy information I have has come from a couple of conversations with them.

My Wife's Grandparents are:

Charles Blain (my wife remembers the name Earl here too somehow) m. to Mimi Agnes Rankin. I believe these grandparents lived across from the egg station in Newbury.

Frank Beaul (changed at some point from Buel) m. Marjorie Montague. I believe Marjorie is still living in Belleville.

Greatgrandparents:

Charles Montague (likely emigrated from Detroit) m. to Mini Babcock. I did find a Minerva Babcock in the 1871 Cencus, b. 1843 (d/o David Babcock and Maranda) living in Mosa at the time of the Census but am not sure if this is
the same person.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who may have a connection to any of these families.

Thanks.
