French spelling of "JAMBO"?

Surnames: JAMBO, Jeanbarre, JohmBore, Jambeau, RUSHLOW
Could anybody suggest a spelling of the French-Canadian name currently pronounced "Jambo"? The two earliest spellings I have seen in the mid 1800s are Jeanbarre (church marriage record) and JohmBore (census).
My ancestor Mary Ann Jambo (have also seen Jambeau) married David Rushlow in 1873 in Trenton, but I cannot pinpoint where Mary Ann came from in Canada.
