Hi, saw your posting and was wondering if it would be possible to get some dates of birth and death in a cemetery ?
I live in New York and alot of my relatives lived and are buried in Canada.
I am very interested in getting dates for the following:
Robert Rodger and Margaret (Towers) Rodger

From the OCFA site:

Cemetery: Hamilton
County: Wentworth
Township: Hamilton
Reference: HM301-2

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me, and if you need anything in New York let me know and I'll see if I can help you out.

Lol! I was just there the other day. I will keep your name and request and when I am back out in the area I will take a look and photograph. It is a smaller cemetery but is not maintained and many stones are broken, missing.

Many times there is one large main stone with just the family name and then smaller grave markers with the first name and dates.

Do you have an approximate birth and death? The student looking for this information has said there is quite a few Rodgers and needs to narrow the dates down. Even a 20 year window on the death would be helpful.

At this time the only dates I have are:
Robert Rodger born August 1861
Margaret (Towers) Rodger (his wife) born November 1861
I will check with my Mother and see if I can narrow down the year of death.
I have a lot of "Rodger" family buried there.
Thanks

Not sure if this will help narrow down the date of death any, but maybe.
Detroit Border Crossings
Margaret is listed as going to see her son in Detroit Michigan. She is listed as age 73 years 8 months and the form is dated July 3, 1935
BUT stamped across it is CANCELLED
