I had a look for any male "Parish" in 1911 census for all of Ontario. I only found one Robert Parish but it reads he was born in Ontario, but then again it could be a mistake since it looks like the whole family that he was living with at the time was born in Ontario so again if all of the other details match fairly close then it is a possible lead.
