Searching for information about Elijah OWEN who came to Wentworth County about 1826. His wife's name was Elizabeth Aikeman Sloan. She probably brought with her at least two sons: William and John Sloan. Elijah and Elizabeth had 4 children born in Wentworth after 1826. The James Alexander Aikeman family also came about the same time.
