I am trying to find any information I can on a Joseph Billings, born abt. 1918-1922. He is the son of Frances Josephine Billings,(my aunt) b. 25 Jul 1898 Hamilton, Wentworth Couty, and d. Apr 1970 New York, NY. USA. Up till now I had no idea she had had a child until I came across a document (Border Crossings: From Canada to U.S., 1895-`1956).
Frances Josephine Billings was the daughter of John Billings Jr. and Theresa Josephine Parker.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
