Would it be really rude of me to ask if you would be kind enough to look for the following while you are there?
I am trying to trace my Husband's family and have the following burial information on ancestors who emigrated to
Hamilton from
Ripley Derbyshire.
SHARDLOW, Matilda (
Neale) Buried
Burkholder United
Wentworth Hamilton HM-219
SHARDLOW, Harry Buried
Burkholder United
Wentworth Hamilton HM-219
I have Harry
Shardlow born 4th April 1884 D: 6th May 1917 in France whilst serving with 4th Canadian Mounted Rifles (Central Ontario Regiment). His wife Matilda Mary
Neale B: 27 August 1884 in Pleasey,
Derbyshire. I know that they had a son called Harry (who I believe was born in
Hamilton - no other details I'm afraid) so I am assuming that the burial record is for him, as Harry Snr is commemorated as being buried in a military cemetery in France.
I would be eternally grateful for any help and would be happy to offer any help that I may be in breaking down any of your genealogy brickwalls, in return.
I should like to thank you in advance for any information you may be able to give.
