I would like to contact any descendants of Isaac Travis who was born in Brown Bank, Butterworth (Rochdale) in 1853. He emigrated to America on the SS British Princess on the 13th May 1891, and arrived in Philadelphia on the 24th May 1891.
He was entered in the ships passenger list as a weaver aged 38, and he left behind his wife Mary Hannah Wilkinson and two young daughters. Mary and her daughter Bertha were still in Lancashire in 1901.
I have no more details of him after 1891 and would love to know more. Does anyone have Isaac in their family tree?
