New passenger lists database on line from US to UK

I have a Maria Dellino arriving in the UK from New York in 1952. Her intended address in the UK is an Air Base Squadron, APC London. Is there any way I can find out more about the destination, people involved and a link back to the US? I am assuming that as she was listed as a housewife that she had married an airman (American) and joined him over here. But as her intended place of permanent residence is the US does that mean they went back again at some point? I'm getting the feeling that these people are not related in any way to my UK Dellinos!!??
