GEORGE LAWRENCE BURNS, 79
Mr. George Lawrence Burns, 79 of Grand Haven Nursing Home died Wednesday Feb. 8 at the Harrison Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.
He was a native of Robertson County and the son of the late Charles and Lucy FOOKS Burns.
Mr. Burns is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Doris WHALEN, Mrs. Violet BARNES and Mrs. Annie ISHMAEL of New Richmond, Ohio. He was the brother of Mr. Eugene Burns of Bellvue, Ky. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted 2 p.m. Friday Feb. 10, 1984 at the Drake Funeral Home by Pastor Kevin MEALER with burial in Kentontown Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Paul Burns, Tony Ishmael, Eddie Whalen, Ernie Barnes, Ray Boyd Fookes, George Newton Fookes, Harold DRYDEN and Kenneth Burns.
