Surnames: Warmack, Womack
Could you please tell me what you have that pertain to this surname of Womack/Warmack and Chesshir within Howard County, Arkansas. I've found an individual within a TN family which I believe came to Howard County, AR, from Davidson, TN to live in Arkansas, Howard County, and I want to verify this. I found two Warmack families within Howard County, AR, living almost next door to each other. One I think I've finally gotton back on the trail of one lost and now think I've found the whereabouts of that one in TN living with another Warmack I didn't know about.
Here are the two families:
(1) Name: Andrew Warmack
Home in 1880: Brewer, Howard, Arkansas
Age: 41
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1839
Birthplace: Tennessee
Relation to Head of Household: Self (Head)
Spouse's Name: Eliza
Father's birthplace: Tennessee
Mother's birthplace: Tennessee
Neighbors: View others on page
Occupation: Farmer
Marital Status: Married
Race: White
Gender: Male
Household Members: Name Age
Andrew Warmack 41 b. Tennessee as well as both parents
Eliza Warmack 36 b. Tennessee as well as both parents
Laura Warmack 14 b. Arkansas
John Warmack 12 b. Arkansas
Alice Warmack 10 b. Arkansas
Sam Warmack 8 b. Arkansas
Robert Warmack 6 b. Arkansas
Charlie Warmack 3 b. Arkansas
Jennie Warmack 2 b. Arkansas
Daniel Chesshir 20 b. Arkansas, both parents b. Tennessee
I'd love to find out what the Chesshir connection might be too, because there was another Warmack family (spelled often as Womack) who was born in Arkansas, but whose parents were born in Tennessee. This was the family below who also had a Chesshir living with them. And while I'm add it, so to speak it would be wonderful to find out what the relationship was between this below family and the one above.
Second family:
(2)William Warmack age 29 B. Arkansas, both parents born TN
Sarah age 30 Arkansas, parents born TN
William aage 10 b. Arkansas
Charles Charlie age 8
Johnson age 1 Ark
Suaddy William age 74 who was a boarder
Cheshier, Samuel age 27 b. Texas parents born Tennessee
Respectfully,
