Looking for information on Frances Jeter Howcroft (daughter of H Thomas Howcroft) and her children/grandchildren. Specifically looking for more information on her adopted daughter Frances L Howcroft (b 1908), also known as Lesla Frances Howcroft (my grandmother), who was raised by Ira and Lily Woodworth from approximately 4 yrs of age in Sacramento.
