Marriage License - what type of info?

Before I pay for a copy of a 1857 Sacramento County marriage record from the County Recorder's Office -- can someone who has already obtained such a record described what type of information is provided in it? Will I learn bondsmans' names? Witnesses? Or will I obtain merely a copy of the registry entry in the marriage book with the marriage date and names of the bride and groom and person who performed the marriage? I'm grateful for advice!
