...who stated in 1972 that he was born on 16 March, 1907 at Brockville, Leeds County, Ontario, Canada, son of Florence White. His father was Percy R. White, born in England. In the 1930 US census Charles was living in Los Angeles, age 23, with his wife, also named Florence, and was an investment salesman.
I located a Naturalization for a Charles White dated 26 July 1940, who was living at 1631 West 65th Place, Los Angeles, who I believe to be the same man. I have located a SSI record of the death of what I believe to be the same man, on 5 October, 2001, aged 92, at Sonoro, Tuolumne County, California. Any documentation such as obit or information about his family would be appreciated. Thank you.
