Edward C. Arnold died in Merced CA on 16 Jul 1945
Edward Charles Arnold is my great-grandfather who separated from his wife while my grandmother was a small child. We never knew where he went or when he died, or any other information about him. I found a this Edward C. Arnold in a Merced CA death index in Merced, CA and ordered the death certificate. Its a match to my great-grandfather, same DOB, Mother, etc. I'm looking for someone who has further information or who will do an obit lookup in the prevailing paper for the area. Also, any advise on how to go about getting a copy of the probate records?
