Death Obit for Theresa Arabia in Santa Clara County?

Would you be so kind as to find the obit for: Theresa Arabia? Her maiden name was Bisceglia.
She was born: 19 March, 1907 in Italy and died: 19 Dec. 1977 in Santa Clara County, Ca. It may have been Los Gatos or San Jose, Ca. Her children told me this. Her husband was Anthony Arabia, born: 22 Sep 1895 in Italy and died: 12 Jan. 1952 in Santa Clara, Co. Ca. If you can get his obit., I would be extremely thankful.
Her kids said the obits would be in the San Jose Mercury or the local newspaper for Los Gatos, Ca.
When I was a furneral recently, I forgot to ask them what cemetery they were buried in in San Jose, Ca. I know they are in a masoleum(sp). I don't know if you can get that.

I would be most thankful for anything as I do not have access to newspapers here on ancestry.com.

Hello. Yes, my father was John Alexander Forman (deceased), and his sister is Mary Forman (Boles) and brother Peter Russell Forman. Their father, James Henry Forman, was a WWI ace pilot, and you can find his statistics by going to Wikipedia.com and typing in his name and scrolling down to 9 kills. In the 1960's and 1970's I travelled to Balsam Lake in Ontario and met many of Jim's brothers at their various addresses and farms. Those are great memories.

My name is Nan Harmon and Jeanne and Al Harmon were my mother and father in law. Of their 3 sons, William, Barton and Robert, I am married to Bart. We are both in our 60's and we said farewell to Jeanne 2 years ago. She passed away at age 93. We live in Spokane, WA. where Jeanne spent the last 12 years of her life with us. We are all orig. from So. Cal. You will notice the spelling of Jeanne and Harmon are different from what you have but I am sure we are talking about the same people.

Can you find an obituary for: Ollie Venita Rice Born: Sep 6 1915 (I do not know the State maybe in Texas)Died: March 5, 1998 in Bonsall, San Diego? Children were: LouAnn (I do not know if she married-maybe she is now a Gray?) and William Don Rice, her son.

The nearest paper would be: Fallbrook, Ca.? Is Bonsall, Ca. considered San Diego County or Riverside County,Ca.?

Her husband, Donald G. Rice died Dec 8, 1971 in Blythe, Riverside County, Ca. She had lived in Hemet,Ca and previous to Hemet, Ca she lived in Blythe,Ca. I believe she was born in Texas but again am not sure.

Can you help me? I am most appreciative of anything. I do not know where to look for her in cemeteries because I do not know which cemetery she is buried in. Thank you..P. S They did not do Ca. Obituary collections till the year 2000 or I would of found her on my own.

I am trying to trace family and information about my Great Uncle Sydney Salker who married in 1935 in Manchester, England and emigrated to the USA, Missouri in about 1944.He had a sister Minnie who preceeded him to the States in 1932 settling in Los Angeles with her daughter Greta (Greenfield). Sydney and his wife seem to have settled in California about 1960, possibly San Bernadino County.He was the youngest of four children born in 1899 and fought in the British Army in World War I. His parents were Hyman Joseph and Augusta Solkower.

I am searching for information regarding my mothers father. Only information I have been able to obtain is that Gerald Kelly Brown was married to Vernest Frazier in Southern California. They had two children, Gerald Kelly Brown Jr. who resides in Indiana and my mother who was Dorothy Marie Brown,(deceased). Gerald was born in Texas and worked for the railroad company. I need a little help, I'm looking for which cota is the mother of jose del carmen ruiz, his marriage record states his father as francisco ruiz and mother as refugio cota, both of california. jose del carmen was born 1967 santa barbara, he worked on which is now the Hollister Ranch, and he lived out his days in Montecito, ca. He died in 1939 at the age of 72. He was married to Inez Ordaz, she died in 1912,he remained a widower.
I hope someone has the missing piece, I have 1 lead but don't know if she is the right Cota.

Otto Mann, son of Ludwig Mann, was born in Germany about 1860. He married Mary Schmidt (aka Mary Smith) Oct 1, 1890 in Macomb County, Michigan. They had the following children:

Louis Charles Mann (b 1892)
William August Mann (b 1894)
Elsie Mann (b 1896)
Otto George Mann (b 1899)
Mary Mann (b 1902)

The family appears on the 1900 Census living Macomb County, Michigan. There is a Public Member tree on Ancestry with all of this information.

Would this be Lucas A. Martinez (1884-1966) who was the step-son of Simon Berthold? Simon Berthold was a laborer from Oxnard, half German/half Mexican, an associate of the author Jack London, and who would later become a general of the PLM Revolution in Baja California in 1911? Simon married Candelaria, who with her children (all surname Martinez) Lucas, Delphina, Mary, Clara and Benjamin appear on the 1900 Federal Census in Ventura County.

I am related to Beatrice Martinez. Her mother is Anastacia Lopez who married Lucas Martinez. In addition to Beatrice, they had 2 other children, Lucas Martinez and Benjamin Martinez. Beatrice was born in Santa Barbara and the family lived in Montecito in the 1920's.

The earliest info I have shows William (age 15) and Otto (age 10) living with their parents (Otto, age 50, and Mary, age 40) on the 1910 census for Moore Township in Sanilac County.

Seeking information on Grandmother Ina Belle Law

My Grandmother, Ina Belle Law (Lightfoot, Russell) lived in Santa Barbara, CA in 1929 at 815 De La Vina. In 1930, she was living at 1218 Indio Muerto. I found her listed in the 1930 Census, and the 1929-30 Santa Barbara City Directory, but cannot find a death certificate. I have already searched the CA Death Index, with no results. I have been told through family history that Ina B. Law died at home in Santa Barbara, her body was transported to San Diego and she was buried in Glen Abbey Cemetery and her death took place sometime between April 1930 to Aug 1931.

Glen Abbey Cemetery also has no available records of her burial, but know from fact that she is buried there. What I am searching for is a funeral home in the location of Indio Muerto in 1930 or 1931 that might have handled her death and or transportation arrangements.

I would also like to find a death record somewhere in the City of Santa Barbara Recorder's Office. Any help or information would be greatfully appreciated.

Dear Mary I found you father first vessel it was called Empire Merganser It sailed to New York from the port of Swansea Wales u.k. said it was his first voy. he was a deck boy age 18 he was 5 feet 10 inches tall weight was 146 pounds got to New York July 15 1942. Liz

Dear Liz, Thank you so much again, yes any information helps - if you are able I would be very grateful for all the ships he worked on please. I will apply for his death certificate - have worked out how and where now. Do you know what other information I can access through US authorities about him - I'm pretty lost as to how the US system works. There should also be a sibling of mine born in the States but may have been adopted (all a complicated story). Do you know how I go aboput tracing births and adoptions there? The child would have been born to a Mary Ellen O'Connell nee O'Driscoll (English nationality) IN ABOUT THE MID 1950'S.

social security number I also read a ship manifest that he work on it list his birth place as England. the ship was the Valdez out of Alaska.I think the year was 1955. If sailed to San Francisco. Hope this help. their were several ship manifest he work on. liz
