I know this is a long shot, My Northrop family emigrated from Fairfield Connecticut to Bradford County Pennsylvania around 1820-1840, I'm looking for maybe a Zelphia Northrop (married name) born around 1785 in Fairfield. Grandmother to Namiron. It's been hard to find records because of constant spelling changes. Northrop/Northrup? Does anyone have these names in their family? My direct descendant was Ruth Northrop, d/o Leonard& Cora Northop, Gd/o Namiron& Esther Northrop.
