Jacob Fizer born in Frederick County, VA. Died in Savanna, Carroll County, Illinois. I have obituary stating he died in his home in Savanna but no date of death, no date of publication or which newspaper published it. From information in the obit I think he would have died sometime from 1890 to 1898. Have written to County Clerk of Carroll County for death certificate. Reply stated no record of death in Carroll County.
