You may already have this information, or may no longer need it, but just in case it is helpful: Walker Scanland, one of the 49 signers of the Shawneetown land petition of 1809, is listed in Gallatin Co., Kentucky tax lists for 1799, 1801 and 1802. He is listed in Henderson County, Kentucky tax lists for 1803 and 1809, and in the Union County, Kentucky tax list for 1811.
