Looking for information on a Arthur Foster Robbins, he was B: Nov 1882 in Bon Homme, SD, moved sometime after 1900 to Elgin, he married twice, 1st wife was a Bessie, they had a daughter Mildred, B: 1908, Bessie died between 1910-1920, 2nd wife was a Florence, they 4 daughters, Lois, B: 1921, Shirley, B: 1923, Dorothy, B: 1924, and Gladys, B: 1929. He lived in Elgin, Kane, IL in 1910, 1920, 1930 Census. Arthur's parents were Jacob and Dora Foster Robbins. Also looking for Arthur's siblings. Hazel Robbins, B: 1893 in SD, and Beulah Robbins, B: 1888 in SD. Beulah married a March Watson and they had a son Lloyd.
