I have been doing family research and found that my ggrandfather was in the Union Army in 1862. In May and June of the next year he was said to have been in the USA General Hospital in Louisville Ky. So I'm needing to know if there may be a way for me to obtain his records of the time he was in the hospital. So if someone could point me the right direction on how to obtain it I'll be very greatfull. Thank you in advance for your help.
