Dear Fagnand,

Do you have some approx. dates? I could look at Allagash Census documents for you -- up to 1930.

Hi,
I can tell you that your grandmothers parents were James McBreairty III and Abigail (Abbie) Oakes McBreairty and that both my grandfathers, Frank McBreairty and Willian McBreairty were brothers to your grandmother. Your grandmother, after her death was buried in New Milford, Conn in Center Cemetary and that your uncles and dad are buried there as well. I knew all three of them very well and they all worked very hard here in New Milford at Waters Constructiuon for many many years.
As I come across any more information, I will send it to you as I know how hard it is to find information about family sometimes.

Always Jeffrey B. McBreairty

Hello and thank you so much for your reply! I'd really love to chat with you more. I have found a lot for the family tree and we can share and hopefully you can verify / correct some of my info. I was so excited to hear you worked at Waters with my Dad and Uncle Wick! I am in New Milford a couple times a week to visit my Grandma and Aunts down there, and of course Dad and the family are buried right there in Center Cemetery so I spend some time there too. So since you knew Dad, did you know my Mom as well? She passed away a couple years ago and is buried up at Morningside in Gaylordsville. I'd really love to buy you a cup of coffee when I'm down in New Milford and if you don't mind go over what family tree stuff I have, if you have some time. I can also bring Dad's photo album, might be a photo of you and him in there I can copy for you. Thanks so much for writing! - Katina Kelly Fagnand email: we3inct@optonline.net

Dear Ms.Fagnand,

1920 Census: Lanson is single, 20 years of age and living with his parents and 11 siblings (all younger) in Allagash, Maine. Page 138A.

1910 Census: Lanson, 10, is living right next door to my Pelltier families in the Allagash. Again, he is listed with his parents and siblings. Lots of McBreairtys and Hugh nearby too.

Hi Jeff,

You mentioned Frank and William McBreairty were brothers to my Grandma - but I was told Grandma Lucy Kelly was an only child and her Mother died in childbirth.

Do you mean HER mother Lucy's brothers?

Thanks,
Katina (Kelly) Loomis
