I don't know anything about your Joseph B. Russell.... so sorry.

There were two Joseph Russells having kids in Maine at the same time... Joseph Russell in Million Acres, Kennebec County (1800 and 1810 census) and Joseph Russell in Waterboro, York County (1800 and 1810 census)... unfortunately I don't know anything more.... This Russell line is a big pain for me!!!! and sometimes I give up in frustration for months on end. Good luck on your research. Pam
