Does anyone have any ideas where I might be able to obtain a copy of a death certificate for Mary (nee PICOZZA) VIOLA, first wife of Thomas VIOLA, she died sometime between 1910 and 1914 (probably about 1912 or 1913 as he had a child with his 2nd wife about 1914). I believe she died in Orono, Penobscot county (at least that's where the family was living as if the 1910 & 1920 censuses).
I'd like to know when exactly she died, where she is buried and the spellings of her parents names if possible.

Any ideas?
