there are lots of Manuel(several spellings) in the mass birth index but none for that year. There are 2 Arthurs listed are either of these the right Arthur?

Bettencourt Arthur Falmouth 1905 550 13 Birth
Bettencourt Arthur New Bedford 1902 520 279 Birth
