Searching for descendants of INGVALD INGVARDSON and KIRSTI TRONDSDATTER who emigrated in 1864 from Vang, Valdres, Oppland County, Norway. It is believed they settled in Houston County, MN or possibly Wisconsin. The family was originally from the Groset farm in Hemsedal, Buskerud County and moved to the Tvedt farm in Valdres in 1860. Some of their children kept the TVEDT name and some used "INGVALDSON" in America.
