Prior to placing data on several of the newly located Civil War veterans buried in Australia and New Zealand, I had indicated to several members of our group of ORIGINAL researchers, that I would be placing this online, as I knew it would be copied and used without our permission, and I was right in this assumption. Our recent work on John Scott, Michael Hamilton, Henry Edward Glanville, William Speakman Potts, and a number of others was copied blatantly and used, then denials made that it was copied, but the proof was already shown, in the copied words, some even using entire paragraphs. Furthermore, several of the researchers who also assisted us had seen this blatant imitation, and had seen the denials made by the copyist, and they indicated that I was correct in assuming that these would be copied.
Besides this we have also proved a couple of other points made prior to placing some of this data online, such as the fact that those who copy seem to be unaware of dozens of other new finds, and are unable to proceed with their plagiarism, since we do not show details online.
One of the factors in this proof is that one or two words may be altered, in witness statements, etc., but not to the point that it changes the gist of the statements, and these have also been copied, word for word, proving that those who copy and plagiarise, do not hold the original documents showing such statements or words. Thus, it is beyond all doubt that such blatant copying is in progress, and has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt.
