The Italian Genealogical Group will meet at the Bethpage Public Library, 50 Powell Ave, Bethpage, NY, on Saturday, October 10th at 10:30 AM. Featured speaker will be IGG member, Marie Pastore, who has been researching her Italian, German, Swiss, and Swedish roots for the past 14 years. Marie’s lecture is entitled “So You Want to Know About Your Family!” It will focus on getting started in genealogical research but will also contain nougats of vital information useful for all researchers. Guests are welcome to this FREE lecture.
The IGG meets the second Saturday of each month at the library to discuss a wide range of genealogical topics. New members and guests will find instruction and support for their research endeavors at the meetings.
