Trying to trace great grandfathers. Thomas Hawkins and son
John Hawkins. John went to Yorkshire England and married there in 1804. His Marriage certificate states father Thomas came from Albany NY state. I have traced Hawkins family in Stillwater with son Thomas born about 1763 but no other details.Looking for connection. Hawkins family originally came from Fewston,North Yorkshire, England early 1700's to America, do not know original settlement location.
