My friend's gr grandparents are Solomon Lofton, born early 1900s in Mt Olive, Duplin, NC. He married Pearl ? from Savanna, GA. They moved to Philadelphia, PA sometime after 1930 I am guessing. I haven't been able to find this couple in any records at ancestry.com and need fresh leads. Does anyone know of a Lofton family from this town they might be connected to?
