William Henry Winkle, 88, 942 North High St., Hillsboro, formerly of Mowrystown, died Friday evening in a Chillicothe Hospital. He was a retired farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Minnie, a son, Maynard, Hillsboro; two daughters, Mrs. Marie Eppley, Hillsboro, and Mrs. Mae Kelch, Hillsboro, three grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Monday at the Gleason Roberts Funeral Home in Mowrystown, the Rev. Carl Catrone officiating. Burial was at Mowrystown Cemetery.
