In 1809 David Fudge was living in Franklin, Warren Co., OH. Source: OH Early Census Index, www.ancestry.com.
In 1810 David Fudge was living in Franklin, Warren Co., OH. Source: OH 1810 Washington Co. Census Index, www.ancestry.com.

Catharine, b. OH, 30.

In 1860 David Fudge was living in Washington, Preble Co., OH. Source: OH 1860 Federal Census Index, www.ancestry.com. However, I didn't find the Federal Census.

I looked for the parents of Johnson Coovert, however, I didn't find anything definitive in the Census records. The 1840 Censuses only name the head of household and a tally count of the members of the household.
Probably to find the parents, you'll need to find a book (or books) on Preble Co., OH which list births, marriage and deaths. Google Books is generally a good source or do a web search for Preble County Ohio Births, Marriages and Deaths. You can also contact their local genealogy society.
I did find a family tree on Ancestry for Johnson Ernest Coovert 1830-1878 with father Reuben and mother Besheba. Reuben had a second wife Mary. You can view this family tree by going to www.ancestry.com.
A Johnson Coovert married Elizabeth Fudge 5 Feb 1857 in Preble Co., OH. Source: Ohio Marriage Index 1803-1900, www.ancestry.com.
