The 1920 Census for Sherman Precinct 3, Grayson Co., TX lists a Christina Dyer, 71, widow, born in TN as were her parents.
Can anyone fill me in on her children?
I know she was Christina Capps d/o Stephen & Roseann Johnson Capps who pioneered to Crawford Co., MO where they & several of her siblings are buried.
Christina first married Anderson Tinker who died prior to 1880 when she is then found in Washington Co., MO with her 2nd husband, Joseph Dyer some 10 years her junior. They have a daughter Hatty, 3 months old.
I don't find anything else about the family until the 1920 census when Christina is alone.
I knew to look in Texas because several of the differing siblings each have listed somewhere in their research that she & Joe moved there.
Any help appreciated. Did Christina & Joe have more children? Who did Hatty marry? Where are Joe & Christina buried?
