Looking for information on William McKeage. He was born in Canada but settled in Pittsburgh, NH. The 1910 census has him living on Hill Road in Pittsburgh. He married Iris Abbott and their children were, Gladys, Winnie, George, Ian, James, Violet, and Louisa. I would like to know his birth date, when he entered the US, from where in Canada did he come, and who his parents were. The census says that both his parents are from Ireland. I would like to know where in Ireland. Any information will be appreciated as different dates appear in different census years.

My grandmother was a McKeage (Leora). Her parents were Robert A McKeage Jr. and Mabel (Mable) Harding. Pittsburg/Columbia/Colebrook area in NH. Robert's dad is Robert A McKeage Sr. My grandmother told me that "Whiskey" McKeage was her uncle and that he and Robert came down from Canada. I believe an Alexander McKeage is a relation. She said her ancestry was Ireland, too.

I found what I was looking for. I actually visited your grandmother's grave last summer when we were in Colebrook, also that of Robert and Mabel and William and Iris. I have a photo of Robert and Mabel and son Willard when Willard was an infant. I now have a lot of information on this family and if you would like any of it let me know.
