I know of no way to search VT records after 1930 except to suggest you go to the local town where the item occurred. usually birth and death etc. records kept at the local level records would be kept. There are people on the VT list who can assist in this.

PORTSMOUTH - Funeral services for Mrs. Mildred S. (Pappas) Soteros, 83, of 928 South St., who died Jan. 3, 2004, were held from J. Verne Wood Funeral Home - Buckminster Chapel, on Friday, Jan. 9, 2004, with services at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.

Father Angelo Pappas, presbyter, officiated. Usher was Andy Bosen. In attendance were members of the church.

Burial was in Sagamore Cemetery, Portsmouth, with committal services by Father Pappas.

Bearers were Nick Soteros and George Soteros.

I checked the Paquin database [the link is below]. There was no info on Jean Paquin, not even his first name. Mary's parents were Soteros Maniatty and Lucille Gonyer. The Social Security records would have more info.

This information is very helpful! Lucielle was actually my step-grandmother. Charlotte was her biological mother. I put in a request for the Paquin dictionary link you gave. Is that where you found Lucielle listed as Mary's mother?
