My Great-grandfather(William Fredrick MILLER) had a brother George MILLER who went to Bremerton, Washington in the early 1900's. The only communication I'm aware of is a post card from daughter Addie to my great aunt Hattie MILLER EPPERSON. With all the new census searches I was able to find the following information and I would like to hear from someone who is related to this family.

1900 Crawford County, Kansas Census
George W. Miller Head W Male Apr. (1848) I have 1853 from other sources. Born in KY and both his parents are listed as born in Kentucky.
Catherine W. wife, June 1863 born in Missouri
Children:
Rhoda J. b. Oct. 1882 Missouri
Virgie M. (Virgina May) b. Aug (Apr.) 1887 Missouri
Addie (Ada) b. Feb. 1890 in Missouri
Gussie (Guss or Jugus) b. 1893 in Missouri

George MILLER and family are living next door to his brother, Jacob A. MILLER and his 6 children from his first marriage. Jacob's first wife has already died and he hasn't remarried yet. I have contact with members of Jacob's first and second families.

1910 Census They are in Port Washington Precinct in Bremerton Kitsap Co.

**Charles Toliver Peters shows up in 1910 census with a Frances M. as his wife (so did they have a child older than Rhoda who wasn't on the 1900 Kansas census)????

In 1930 they are in Manette precinct Kitsap Co listed this way

The Morman Church records show that George W. Miller and Catherine Woody HALLFORD were married Oct. 20, 1881 in Nevada, Vernon Co. MO. They show also a son named James Samuel MILLER who was born in 1885 and died in 1886. They show Gussie as JUGUS MILLER born Oct. 7, 1893 in Rich Hill MO, Vernon Co. and dying in Seattle Washington in 1916.


I found out that Francis is an older daughter that I didn't have information on. She apparently married Charles Peters. In 1930 Charles is listed in the census age 55 married at age 25, widowed, with son Harry L. age 17 born in Washington. Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington census.

Someone sent in records to Mormon church saying George W. MILLER's parents were JOHN MULLER and ? JENKINS. This is interesting because those are names we've heard also, but have no concrete proof.

I found where Rhoda J. PETERS died in Feb. 1975 in Churchill, NV. and found the following information on her brother Leo G. MILLER (Leo George MILLER)
