Looking for information regarding Charles Donaldson, hanged in 1797 for the murder of his son, William. I am a direct descendent through his daughter, Margaret, who married Martin Ables. Their son, Jacob Ables, married a Sarah Miller, who is probably related to the Millers in Monongalia in late 1700s, but I don't know for sure!

Would like to exchange information with anyone out there, and would also like to know if anyone has any more info regarding the murder -- I have a copy of extracted court info and Charles' confession. Tragic! There must be more info about this somewhere.
