Appears to be a court case invlolving Patrick and Mary KELLY of The Levels, Goulburn side of the Abercrombie River.

SMH, Tuesday 12 September 1848.

"... It appeared from the evidence that Mary Kelly is the wife of Patrick Kelly, and that they reside at a station of Mr John Terry Hughes's, called the Levels, situated about twelve miles on the Goulburn side of the Abercrombie River. ..."

Maybe a different family as this marriage in 1848, is the daughter of, the said, Patrick KELLY:
