My grandfather was Joseph Marshall(Marschall), the #6 of 7 living children)from Galveston, Texas. John & Emma (Schleicher) Marschall had 9 children total, but 2 died early on - only one was named: Robert). The children were:

John (married Josephine Ballou)
Robert(died btwn 1836 - 1900)
Jane (married Otto Rosin)
Antonetta/Antonia/Nettie (married Peter Legatos)
Laura Ellen (married Miles Breen, then Thomas Cobb)
Roman/Rolland/Raymond (died abt 1912 from heart attack)
Joseph (married Emma Rosin, then Rettie Maye Martin)
Marie/Mary (married Harry Espersen - both died young)

None of us knew he had any family. I've done quite a bit of research on the Marschall's, and would love to communicate more with you! I'm also trying to trace the Schleicher's (Emma's family) which is proving to be extremely difficult! Please contact me: carolinepointer@charter.net
